I got an offer from ey india while onboarding there was an option to add dependent, I wanted to add my father but as he has source of income he was not considered as dependent, in his job he don't get insurance I want to add him in my corporate insurance is there any option?

What are shift timings in Sunlife , also is it mandatory to come to office daily or 2 times a week, or is it psbl to take wfh if staying in Noida.

Also what is there medical insurance policy. Spouse child employee ....how much cap??
Are parents covered under same policy or they charge extra premium.

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.

If paid leave above what is required is offered for parents, do we also have to provide the same benefit to other employees that are eligible for unpaid leave?

I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. I want to see if I could negotiate being eligible earlier but I also don’t want them to think I’m pregnant when I’m not actually… How would you approach the conversation?
