HCL Technologies HR and I agreed to 14LPA salary for 3YOE (DE role) and she told me she needs to get approval and will then roll off the offer in 2-3 days. (But in the managerial round, manager was okay with it and forwarded my application to the HR round). She did not request for any documents. Is it possible that she decided not to go forward because of the compensation? I don’t want to sit hoping for the offer..

I received my pre-hire survey Oct 21(Fri) but my bank KYC is not verified yet. I just submitted my bank KYC in EPFO portal. Now my query is do I need to wait till my KYC is verified in EPF portal? Or can I submit the survey with attaching a note: As Submitted KYC and pending verification.
P. S: As there are Diwali holidays,I am worry about my KYC verification will get delayed. And could anyone tell within how manys days or any deadline to submit the Pre-hire Survey.

Had my HR call with HCL Technologies 3 weeks ago and we agreed on a offer, the Hr said he will release the offer letter in one week. Since then they haven't communicated and not picking up the call. Has this happened to anyone as well?
PS: I'm considering this as reject and not expecting anything.

I would suggest you to accept this offer and keep trying in other product based companies. Then you can negotiate again or you may get better offers from others. For similar experience, I feel you should get at least 20+ lpa at Philips.
Pro
Depends on your tech stack with current market or their budget is fixed for this position. Had similar exp for me with Amex & Dell ISI. Amex was not even going beyond 40% But Dell managed (After a lot of negotiation) to increase upto 70% (fixed) but still they wont go beyond a certain amount. Then i realised that not all product based companies will offer you a very attractive amount. I Felt some companies like Nagaroo,Accenture & Deloitte (in long run) will give you more than some product based companies.
They just said the tech stack that I have has this valuation, if I was a devops engineer, I might have got even 22 LPA. So it's either take or leave 18LPA now in Phillips
But sadly found a offer for 20 LPA in Schneider Electric which has similar benefits except unlimited sick leaves. And I get to work on brand new project.
Philips work on old technology...Try in other company
Hi fishes
I'm having an HR discussion next week with Philips healthcare for Software Engineer 2,
How much Package can ask/expect?
Current package: 11LPA

TECH STACK: Java, Spring boot
I also have the same kinda scenario. Not sure they'll revise or not. Same tech stack and yoe as you.
How is the difficulty level of the interview? How in-depth do they ask from WPF(like UI side, custom controls etc ) or its overall generic .net and WPF questions?
How is Philips as an organisation? Work culture and yearly increments?
Overall , philips have good WLB. But couple of team uses old technologies. Yearly hike us ok ok..
Philips is under lot Revenue Pressure and lot of Projects have been put on Hold better to look for a different Org for now
Philips is a good company to work , just that you might get lost in Process and People contacts :)
