Hi,I got offer from CTS and DOJ is in last week of march. BGV is going on. Despite of producing all documents,they are asking for HR confirmation from one of my previous employer which is a Govt body on unavailability of PF and UAN doesn’t show employer. Since its a govt body, it has no HR mail id. I have already provided form 16, payslip duly stamped and signed. Yet they say its insufficient. Can anyone say what to do or any contact no of bgv team, not sure what else i can do? Really confused

Lost 5lbs in one week by pushing my first meal of the day back to 11:30am. Probably can’t consider it to be intermittent since I don’t have a hard cut off time for when I stop eating at the end of the day but I’m really happy that this small adjustment is working!

Im a 6th year associate working for a company that I plan to stay at long term. Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? And also for variable compensation I will get in this March right? For this we don't need to wait for a year I guess.

Cognizant calls me twice in a week whether I am holding any other offer or not.

Does that mean they will match if I am holding another offer?

Is there any strong Marketing Department in Cognizant where Marketing Functional Roles (Brand Management/ Brand Development/Marketing/PPT Developments etc) is put to use? And if so, how can one channelise into the same.
