When people ask you for YOE, do you include your time in grad school at all? I feel like writing that you have 2 YOE when you’re 30 years old gives a warped sense of level and compensation.

My latest LinkedIn annoyance is the people posting about their kids wearing their company swag or seeing their company logo/name out and about (as in sponsorships).

Sometimes when I make a mistake at work I feel like I am not good enough for the job while other times I take it as “let’s do better next time.” Would love to find a balance between the two feelings.

Is it weird that I get annoyed whenever my boss subtly implies that I should apply what I've learned in my graduate program to work? Being that the company didn't provide any type of tuition reimbursement nor did I receive any type of pay raise after completing my degree? I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
