I have an offer from Bounteous x Accolite for the role of Technical Manager. I am seeing really mixed review about the company on Glassdoor.

Some say the company has great culture and work environment. Others say the job security is poor and hikes and raises are below par.

Can someone from Bounteous help on this?

I’ve been having a difficult time selling at my company. I have a strong background in metal sales, but took a chance in residential sales right before inflation. My employer promised reimbursement for use of personal devices, which hasn’t happened, health care which he back tracked and made reference to but has not paid, I found out they’re looking for a new rep making the same false promises. Other than looking for other employment, do I have any alternatives to hold them accountable?
