Hi, I have finished 3 round including HR round in KPIT and submitted documents and it's verified. portal was saying offer workflow initiated however, now it's showing Offer workflow rejected. HR yet to communicate. Need your help to understand regarding, How long does it take for offer release or is it like no offer from KPIT scenerio?

How much does an operations specialist make for Kaiser Permanente?

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.
