It’s ok. Motivation goes up and down. If you’re in a down slump, try to find non-gym activities that require activity. Walking, pick-up basketball, volunteering at a garden. Just getting your body moving in other ways will remind you how good you feel when you go to the gym and can help get back that motivation to go

Same thing happened to me. It took my clothes fitting wayyyy too tightly to remotivate me...don't let that happen to you, it doesn't feel good. Getting back on the horse is the hardest part, you can do it!!
I can’t force myself to workout either.. anyone been in similar situation? How did you deal with it?

Might be time for you to change up your gym routine. If you tend to go to a regular gym on your own time, try going to fitnesses classes instead. If you do fitness classes already, try doing a different type
