DOJ is 19 Aug in Deloitte usi, need to take decision urgently.

Please guide me in terms of WLB, work culture and career growth.

Currently I have an offer from TCS and waiting an offer from BNP Paribas.
Which one is good to join in terms of job security and other perspectives.
Does BNP has all fixed salary structure.

What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist?
