Hi, I have offers from Deloitte USI and IBM. I am more interested in joining IBM because of the work life balance factor and also because IBM is offering me bigger package than Deloitte. I have accepted both the offers. Now if I dont join Deloitte, are they going to blacklist me? I want to work with Deloitte in future. Please advise.

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
