Hi, I have offers from ValueLabs and PwC SDC (AC) Bangalore. Both are offering similar pay. Which one should I choose? Both are offering permanent WFH.

I heard ValueLabs has development projects which in future will help me get into product based companies. Also heard they have bi-yearly hikes. On the other hand PwC is a good brand.

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
