I thought they I'll get early release so i accepted to join oct 16.
But unfortunately I didn't get early release and in my relieving letter lwd was showing oct 23. so i modified the document.
Will there be any issues in BG verification

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
