Hi , I have total 9.10 years of experience and have around 22.7 lakhs fixed CTC in my current organization. I get 12-15% hike on average every year.
I was recently interviewed by PWC SDC which change to AC and they are offering me 26 lakhs fixed CTC with joining bonus of 1.5 lakhs. Should I join, If yes what is the average hike and variable pay each year in PWC? Also, need to know appraisal cycle for new hire joining around Nov this year?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
