IBM : 18 fixed + 1 JB HCL : 21 ( 18 fixed + 1lakh approx (monthly variable) + 2 lakh Annual variable ) . Now i have a discussion pending with Robert Bosch , What should i quote ! Which will be better for job security and work life and overall career growth .

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. It slipped my mind to let them know about the delay. Now, they believe it was me being irresponsible and are threatening to fire me for not reporting on time and possible losing them a client. Looking to get into photography and want to splurge on my first non phone / non point and shoot camera. I’m trying to decide between the Nikon Z50 and the Canon EOS RP. I will mostly use it for landscape, and then family friends pets in casual settings. I’m hoping to find a camera I can learn on and grow into. I don’t expect lens selection to be a major factor for me as I doubt I will carry multiple lenses - probably just one at a time. Any advice?
