Hi , i heard of alligning cs leave policy by UBS from the beginning next year. The leaves we have right now in CS are carried forward however UBS has just 5 leave to carry forward next year .. so any cs leaves in excess of 5 will they get exhausted if not utilised by 2023 end .. any idea
