Hey all, started my role as a recruiter at an agency recently and had my first placement! I never do this but I need some objective advice. My wife is 5mo pregnant and my sister is getting married. Wedding was adjusted because of COVID but she set the date knowing I might not be able to attend as I’d have to fly there. How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out?
