I work at hcl currently and I got an offer from another company for a project in which they are using one of the tools which is owned by hcl only but they are giving me a 50.percent hike.(Impt. point)

My hr asked me for retaining I said I am open for retaining. Now I searched online it said that hcl offers project allowance and they don't add it in ctc all those kinds of things. I need a genuine help who has been in this situation. What proposals that hr brings? is there any scope for negotiating.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
