Hi, I’m an Indonesian diploma graduate from Singapore with a 3 years bond under the Tuition Grant. My school has issued a letter confirming that I’m eligible for an S Pass, but I’m struggling to find companies willing to sponsor it.

I’ve been applying mainly for design jobs but open to others too. Most employers stop replying once I mention the need for a work visa.

Anyone been through this or know companies open to hiring foreign grads? Appreciate any advice or leads. Thanks!

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?
