How difficult is it for English speaking consultants (sr manager and above) to find roles in continental Europe if they aren't fluent in another European language? I'm learning French right now, but not fluent yet and I'm looking for opportunities with FS practices in Europe. Yes, I'm motivated by Brexit.

Currently I am on an ORMB project, but I feel this tool is niche and have limited career progression. I got EBS/ Fusion opportunity in another organization but the hike is very minimal. Should I make the switch into EBS/Fusion profile?

I’m a former educator that has transitioned to working for a SaaS company. I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). Will be able to put down around $10,000 down payment(don’t have enough saved to pay for it all in cash, and need a vehicle). Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

They spent $100k in the last month on random "work stuff" but bought a new car, etc. Now I have to pay for it with less equity return!

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
