I’m interested in non-technical roles at large tech companies in the San Jose area (FAANG and others) but the salary ranges seem surprisingly low (often lower than what I’ve been making in the Midwest with much lower COL). If the salary range is between $100-160k, what is a reasonable expectation for equity? Is living in such a HCOL city feasible with this comp, given that I am aiming for the higher end of that range in the Midwest? TIA for any insight you can share. Nvidia Google Meta

They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
Can i get some help what I need to do in order for tcs to revise the offer or should I go for Kluwer
In TCS I’ll be more on implementation side in Pingfed but in Kluwer it is full support
