Hi! I’m looking for some advice. I work for a growing probate and estate planning firm. One of the big opportunities we’re pursuing is partnering with personal injury, mass tort, and class action firms nationwide to handle the estates of deceased claimants. My question is: What’s the smartest way to market to PI and mass tort firms? Basically, if you were trying to get on the radar of large PI firms handling multi-state caseloads, how would you do it?

How competitve is a US district court clerkship?

I’m junior to two Legal Counsel (I work in-house) who are passive aggressive towards each other. They don’t attend each other’s meetings and leave each other out of email CC’s. It’s pretty clear this is done on purpose as one of them has bitched to me about the other.
