Does anyone have any recommendations? I am familiar with Shopify but I really want a customizable b2b enterprise marketplace platform where brands, shops and distributors can interact with each other. Don't want to waste time and money building it from scratch. Thanks!

Why don’t recruiters tell you upfront about the role they contacted you about? I had a message from a recruiter yesterday from a recruiter about a copywriter role she’s working on...

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.
