Hi, im on a H1B working at EY in new york. Since the office is closed, would I be able to work remote from my home country for a month? (2 weeks on the bench & 2 weeks of PTO) Or is that not allowed for H1B to work outside of the US without taking a vacation and still getting paid?

Iam 5 month pregnant , thinking to get release from project due to health issue and taking maternity leave from april 1st, at this situation can I be in bench for 3 months and go in maternity leave ? Will this affect my job in Accenture? Will the organization allow to be in bench for 3 months? If iam in bench during maternity leave will i get variable pay

Regular Ed teachers may have students (mild Learning Disabled kiddos) in their room while teaching.
