Hi! I’ve been applying for jobs in consulting for almost 5 months now. Feeling super demotivated as I’ve literally gotten 1 interview. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have a 3.8 GPA as an Econ grad student and 3.5 years of previous work experience as a Research Analyst at a financial research firm! I’m open to any suggestions! I’m also an international student, so anxiety related to being in visa status etc also piles on. Thanks in advance!

It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. When do I get assigned to a project? What does that process look like ? How long does this orientation go on for ? And do I have to transfer all my stocks from robinhood to one of their approved brokerages?

Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
