Hi, I've cleared all the rounds, and my application status is 'Offer QA(new).' HR called me and asked for recent documents, mentioning that she would come with salary details before releasing the offer. However, after a week, when I called her, she mentioned there is a pending approval. My concern is, is the offer release guaranteed, or is there a chance of rejection? If yes, how long will it take for the offer to be released?

Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments.
