I guess one of the biggest challenges is that I am still not there, which is not the best scenario for the companies, I suppose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.

As a general rules, I feel like the majority cannot foresee a crash/surge coming. The prevalence of such expectations would hamper the pre-conditions necessary for such a dramatic change.

Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department.
