I wanted to know once they generate the offer then can I negotiate again?

If I reject the offer saying that it’s not what I’m expecting then will be revise it?

I’m looking to be involved with a pre-seed, seed, series A or series B startup that provide remote work, good benefits and a decent salary.

I’m pretty torn on whether I want to take an offer for an internal role or not…
The job itself sounds pretty interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth (eventually will build out a team).

My only concern is the hiring manager. I talked to someone in my network who has worked with him in the past and she told me that she would 100% work with him again bc she learned a lot, but that he has a very dominant personality and that some ppl can butt heads with him.

I have not been asked about the educational certificates yet.

They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

P.s - I have recieved the offer letter now.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
