Hi. Need some legal advice here.
I placed a desktop in secure ODC in Pune in March. Returned to Kolkata the next day as it was not required then.
Since then i have not been to Pune or used the asset.
Moving out of my company next week so raised a request to release the asset.
But the asset management team could not find the asset in the odc & there's no log for taking it out either.
Now they say I am responsible for the missing asset as it's tagged to me,which I find ridiculous. What to do here?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.
