I'm currently in Deloitte usi ( Scon) with nearly 10y of exp.

Tech stack: Oracle integration (OIC,ESB, SOA)

Current compensation 31lpa (including bonus ~10% assumed)

I have been approached by Oracle couple of times for Principal consultant position but the interview never got scheduled due to 'compensation already being on the higher side'

1. Just wanted to cross check whether that's correct or just an excuse
2. From when i can apply for a senior principal consultant

How long does your firm wait to tell you your compensation after a promotion?

Promotions went out Jan 3 and compensation will be revealed late Feb. Is this typical?

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
