Hi Peeps! Good morning! I wanted to check the salary range for the Pyspark Developer consultant position at Deloitte USI (Chennai)

I have a total experience of 5 years with Pyspark, GCS, BQ and Airflow.

They are offering me only 17.75 LPA as fixed + 10% variable. Am I being compensated correctly. My current salary is 8.2 + 1.8 LPA.

Also, would love to hear about the work life as well as the kind of client I might get.

I request you to suggest pointers to increase my pay here, too.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.
