It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

I have offer from qualcomm, offer letter might come in next 2 days.
I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 weeks.
Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr
What should I do?
