Aww AA, at least you are getting back into it ! I used to run at least 4-5 miles a day as part of my cross country training but I haven’t run since the last time I almost missed my flight 🤭🫣😂
Legs. 20 min warm up on the bike, dynamic squat and mobility, 20 min weighed stair master to cap it off.
