Recently had a discussion with one of HR in IKEA regarding role Data Engineer, They mentioned they are currently following hybrid mode with 3 days work from office.

Is there any possibility like if there any issues I can go for 1 or 2 week Work From Home ? or Work from home is not at all there?

Anyone had good multiple offers and had one the hiring managers pressure you into taking the offer after asking for additional time to think about it?

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Interview is in 2 hrs and I just don’t feel like doing it esp thinking if this is the work culture

C3A grade employee in tcs. I have an offer from a company for onsite role and placement is in UK as permanent employee but the role given in offer is an entry level one. With almost 11 years of experience, is it good to accept this offer only for the on-site opportunity?
