After 2 days of interview Ive received this mail from the HR. They’ve asked me to upload the documents on Ibegin. I’ve uploaded all the documents.
My question is how long it takes them to verify the documents? And what’s the procedure after that ?

What is the protocol with talking with recruiters? I'm not pre se looking to move right now but if something with more money and flexibility regarding location opens up then I'm not opposed.

Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do you cope when your employer rapidly descends into chaos from the top down? Today is my 2yr anniversary with this company. In the past 6mos, they have repeatedly changed directions / goals, pushing out several supportive and productive managers in favor of a single chauvinist overlord who makes HR violations daily and does no actual work. HR denies every complaint made against him and he retaliates to the point of firing people. Very hostile. How do I survive until I find my next gig?

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

The agent said the construction there is now mostly just facade work on the top so it's not noisy any more, but I don't 100% buy that.
