knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).

I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic. My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets. My boss who hired me understands what my degree is in so he uses me to design parts and write reports. I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.

My supervisor has been including me in WFO roster since August, but neither did I go to office nor I cancelled the roster.
I didn't received call from the supervisor or the HR also to come to office.

Now as my LWD is near so will this create any problem in FNF ?
