Best tech stack to learn to be job ready in 2-3 months?

How is Applied ai course to learn Data science and machine learning?

I have a nontechnical undergrad degree and 4 years of experience in the cyber industry. Should I invest my time in getting my CISSP / other certs OR getting a technical Masters degree like CS or MIS?

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

Boutique or big 4?

I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?

Current details:
YOE: 3+
CTC: 18.19lpa (15.82 fixed + 2.37 variable) + 1.21 lpa worth(Stock Units)
Total: 19.4lpa

Need help in figuring out what is the optimum compensation amount i should be quoting for a role of "Solution Consultant and Implementation Manager".
