Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

I am being offered 17 fix + 81 employer pf contribution + 2.55 variable.

Is this an good offer for grade 26??

I have three offers
1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role. TCS was about to release salary break up. They called me and said that they will send salary break up mail. But all of sudden, They said there will be another client round. What would be the reason for the sudden client round ? Will they reject my profile based on client round?

Because of multiple offers in hand and messy date of joining's I able to figure out which one to join and which one to leave.

HR's not responding to my mail to prepone my date of joining.

I'm not able to enjoy notice period also, anxious + constant fear of offer rejection.
