I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Just got my CISSP from a non technical cyber consulting (mostly governance and processes) background. It’s not as easy as people make it out to seem because there are a LOT of technical concepts covered, but with enough studying you will pass!
CISSP, if you have a non-technical background a MS in CS would be a challenge. Not impossible but there would be a learning curve. The CISSP is more focused on the business perspective than the technical. Most people who are very technical actually struggle more than those who have a non-technical background on the CISSP.
Focus on the CISSP then. In a field such as cyber sec, experience over a degree.
CISSP for sure
