Hi! So I'm kind of freaking out. I was offered a job and everything looked great except for the vacation time, so I started to negotiate that immediately after seeing the written offer. The HR team has been slow to respond and the offer had an expiration date of Monday. I panicked and signed off on the offer in Workday on Tuesday and now I fear that I've lost the opportunity. Should I be worried? I haven't heard from HR or the hiring manager so now I feel like I missed my chance. Thoughts?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?
