What is the total compensation of an average partner at MBB, Big4, etc. in the US? Just wondering...rumor has it that in Europe it’s considerably lower at around 300k

Company A - 100k base + 35k sign + higher bonus
Company B - 125k base + 10k sign + lower bonus

Company A is a good bit more superior in terms of exit opps and has better WLB and growth. I feel I’ll be happier at A. Thoughts?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team.
