I suffered dengue and was in serious condition, despite knowing health condition, manager is calling and asking to fill this week attendance, I was pressurized to login and fill the attendance.
I had to do this with a needle in my hand and being completely disoriented due to health status that moment.
For this they started treated me as if I am dumb.
I still want to ask them, don't you have delegation while submitting attendance in emergency condition?
What for you have managers, two managers I saw did nothing they were supposed to do .
Don't you have humanity? The one who is in a condition to be in ICU you are pressurising to login

If its teksystems global services , projects are good , wlb is good, most clients allow wfh. Hikes are avg 8 to 10% in mid level .
Job security is there better than most service based. They will give you oppurtunites to interview for other clients. Yes if you have good technology you will get a project. I was 2 years in a project as a lead. When contract ended i was in bench for almost 2 months gave 3 interview for other client. 3rd one i was able to crack and again got billable. Most of the clients are giving contract for a year max and then they will extend or not no gurantee. So you should be prepared for interviews.
