Recently i got offer from bosch ,meanwhile benz is also called for 4th round of interview,what should i do if i received offer from benz ?can i withdraw from bosch within a month and join benz?

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? What's more important - practicing cases, or taking prep courses? Has anyone decided which makes more of a difference?

Thoughts on hiring a coach for prep? I've never done this before and I don't just want a random practice partner who may or may not know what they're doing.
