Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets Hi Team, I have resigned from Genpact, my project wants to release me in 2 weeks but the HR says I need to pay notice period recovery if I want early release. She says it'll be one of 3 cases 1. Project releases me and I pay np recovery amount. 2. Rmg will try to tag me in some other project for remaining days of np. 3. I will serve remaining days of np on bench. Has anyone faced this? What was your experience? Can they release me earlier without recovery? Genpact Genpact Headstrong Genpact Head

I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF.
