Hi Team, I need help. Three months ago, I passed the Loop, but the role was scrapped. Since then, I’ve dealt with delays, unresponsive recruiters, and poor communication. I recently interviewed for a new role but was informed today that it went to someone else. I wasn’t told about other candidates and was misled into thinking it was an informal chat, which turned out to be a formal interview. I’ve contacted hiring managers and ex-colleagues with no replies. Any advice before I lose my offer?

Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available. Its been 2 weeks (have emailed her a couple times) since I've heard from her. Wondering how I should approach this? Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
