I'm currently working as a TAC Support Engineer and earning 10 LPA. I'm now learning AWS Cloud and DevOps and planning to transition into a DevOps career.

Do you think it's realistic to get an entry-level DevOps Engineer role with around a 30% salary hike? Has anyone here made a similar switch from Technical Support/TAC to DevOps?

Bit of a niche topic: I’ve been in TS/SCI processing for a Science/Tech/Weapons analyst position with the CIA for 3 yrs since I finished grad school in chemistry, but CIA positions are sort of set it and forget it since they can take so long. I’ve since been focused on a Patent Attorney track and am with a firm that will support me taking the patent bar/law school. If I get through processing and go to the CIA for some time, do you think would I be accepted back into patent law later on?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option?
