Good evening Everyone, I have been a PSR for 10 years with the same company, but worked for 5 different practices. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Any suggestions for how to keep my mind and body busy? My job is painfully slow and not challenging and I’ve started to re read old texts and have OD’d on Matthew Hussey videos. What are practical things I can start to help turn this next chapter? Besides job hunting! I feel like I need to throw myself into something worthwhile that I feel good about! I just don’t have inspiration or motivation right now. I feel flat.

Keen to get feedback. Feel that the base salary was too low but from my conversation with the recruiter there might be wiggle room on the cash payments potentially. What are your thoughts? Any tips appreciated!

Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position (non tech) in the logistics department (London office). Recruiter has just asked me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email before scheduling the loop. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

Hi team. I received my offer from Amazon and signed my contract a few weeks ago. I also resigned from my current company after agreeing on a starting date mid-January. Seeing the news of the hiring freeze worries me though - do we know if this applies to roles where offers have been extended? Could they retract an offer after I signed a contract? Not sure what are my rights. Let me know if you have any tips/knowledge to share!
