I am an international lateral hire at the associate level and have two US consulting offers: 1) MBB who’s willing to sponsor H1B work visa 2) boutique who’s willing to sponsor Green Card. Is it stupid to take this boutique over MBB?

EY H1B related question- does anybody know if EY does "bridge transfers"? Context: Got laid off from previous job and before I ran out of the 60 day grace period, transferred H1 to a small IT consulting firm but approval is pending. Wondering if EY will apply for a transfer even though the previous one is pending, I know it's completely legal and acceptable to do so (based on advice from multiple immigration lawyers). RSU: 500 shares (Y1: 25 Shares, Y2: 75 Shares, Y3: 200, Y4: 200)

Keen to get feedback. Feel that the base salary was too low but from my conversation with the recruiter there might be wiggle room on the cash payments potentially. What are your thoughts? Any tips appreciated!

Hi team. I received my offer from Amazon and signed my contract a few weeks ago. I also resigned from my current company after agreeing on a starting date mid-January. Seeing the news of the hiring freeze worries me though - do we know if this applies to roles where offers have been extended? Could they retract an offer after I signed a contract? Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position (non tech) in the logistics department (London office). Recruiter has just asked me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email before scheduling the loop. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?
