We lost a client and I am considering my options now. Would be great to understand of your opinions/ experiences/ advice in this situation.

I was offered a promotion (different client) but with an under market salary or TUPE.

I have a good relationship with the client and the competitor’s pay is better at promoted level but unsure if the promotion negotiation is possible.

This is either/or situation and can’t weight the options when I have a full picture.
