Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. Have an LIC policy that will be worth arnd 50 lakhs when I surrender it (plan down payment for an apartment). Struggling to convince parents this should be enough for me to move back. They think I should move back when I have more financial security. What more should I plan for ?

Still need to serve 60+days with my current employer(current CTC 9.92LPA including VP). Recently I have cleared the LNT L2 interview and got selected for HR discussion. Hi sharks, I am currently in my 3rd company, I now have 3 EPF accounts. My first company was handled by trust but they migrated to EPFO this year. Decided to transfer 1st->3rd and 2nd ->3rd EPF accounts after I joined my 3rd org this year. My 1 -> 3 transfer was accepted but 2->3 was rejected by field office stating the reason that wages are more than 15000. But my first gave me 3.5 lpa and then after switch, salary hiked. I don't know how can I proceed with this and transfer now?
