Got picked up for a client yesterday around 1 and was not only asked to stay late last night but to also finish my workpaper today. Prior to this no one I’ve heard at my firm has ever had to work on a Saturday. Oh, and this was my first week. Am I wrong to be annoyed with this?

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I dont really feel comfortable in this role - the team is on its 40th sprint and they know all what to do,i on the other hand feel demotivated since there is not a lot to in the entire day - i want to work and learn and i am not sure if the role is such or there is some problem w me? I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

I just wanted to know if any of you rejected an offer or did not join a company because of the 90 day notice period? My initial 2 companies had 1 month notice but my current organization has 3 months so i think I'm not getting enough calls from good companies.
