Attended a walk-in drive at Citi for Fraud Ops Specialist (C04) in Feb, cleared rounds + docs submitted. In March got update that the role is on hold—no updates since, still under consideration.

Should I keep waiting for the offer letter or start exploring other options? Anyone in the same situation or has updates on hiring?

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team? This is for a L3 role at google canada. To the fellow googlers, is this normal practice or am I being lowballed here?
